Dodo Chilli Cooking Sauce is a unique hot/sweet combination and great tasting condiment which can be utilised as a dip for all occasions. Dodo Chilli Cooking Sauce is different from other sauces as it invigorates your taste buds with a great chilli flavour, but won’t incinerate the inside of your mouth or leave a vinegary taste. Cooking Instructions: These instructions are intended as a guide only.
Hob: Add a jar of Dodo Chilli Cooking to 1.5kg of chicken, meat, fish or vegetables and fry. Add water or stock. Bring to a boil. Reduce heat and simmer gently until tender, stirring occasionally. To make an extra rich sauce, add chopped onions and chopped tomatoes during cooking.
Oven: Prepare as above and cook in a covered casserole dish at 180⁰C / 350⁰F gas mark 4 until tender. Garnish with fresh coriander and serve on a bed of rice accompanied with poppadums, chutney and pickles.
